Sugar Free Lemonade

A burst of summer flavor, this sugar free lemonade is sure to hit a hit with your family! Keep is classic, or make a sugar free strawberry lemonade or Arnold Palmer.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups ZenSweet Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • 4 cups water

Sugar Free Strawberry Lemonade

  • 2 cups strawberries hulled
  • 1/4 cup ZenSweet Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener

Sugar Free Arnold Palmer

  • fresh brewed iced tea

Instructions

  • Into a pitcher, add lemon juice, powdered ZenSweet, and water. Whisk or shake to combine well. Serve over ice.

Sugar Free Strawberry Lemonade

  • Add the strawberries and powdered ZenSweet to a blender, and process to form a smooth strawberry sauce. Either add the whole amount to a pitcher of lemonade, or opt to add 2 tablespoons per glass. Add fresh strawberry slices for a fun presentation.

Sugar Free Arnold Palmer

  • Pour glasses with 1/2 sugar free lemonade, and 1/2 fresh brewed iced tea. Play with the ratio depending on preference!

Notes

Use a Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener: If what you have on hand is our granulated monk fruit sweetener, no worries! Just add your sweetener to a blender and process it until it's a fine powder, then mix it into your water and lemon juice.
Adjust the sweetness or tartness: We created this recipe to taste like a classic lemonade. If you like yours less sweet and tart, dilute it with water.
Make a Sugar Free Limeade: Simply substitute the lemon juice for lime juice!
Make a Sugar Free Pink Lemonade: Use watermelon or rhubarb to give your lemonade a bright pink hue! Just add either one to a blender (the rhubarb needs a little water to get it going), and then process to form a juice. Strain the juice through cheesecloth or a nut milk bag, and then use a couple tablespoons of the juice to give your lemonade the perfect pink hue. This is perfect for baby showers!
