Only unopened products in their original packaging will be accepted for a 100% refund less original shipping costs if returned within 21 days of purchase.
Opened products may be returned in their original packaging for 50% refund, less shipping original costs if returned within 21 days of purchase.
Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business day to post the refund to your account.
We suggest that customers get tracking and shipping confirmation when returning a product to ensure The ZenSweet Company receives the package. ZenSweet.com is not responsible for lost packages during the return shipping process.
All refunds will be issued only after returned product has been received in our warehouse.
