Equipment

  • High Speed Blender

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas frozen
  • 1 avocado pitted
  • 1/2 cup ZenSweet
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 cup organic full fat coconut milk or other choice
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract
  • Coconut cream or whipped cream topping optional

Instructions

  • In a high speed blender combine banana and coconut milk, blend until smooth
  • Add avocado, ZenSweet, ice cubes, spinach, vanilla and peppermint extract and blend until completely smooth
  • Add more ZenSweet if you'd like to make it sweeter
  • Top with coconut or whipped cream if you'd like and Enjoy!
